Handling People, the free weekly newsletter
Understand people. Know what to say.
Handling People is a short, friendly weekly read about why people do what they do, and what you can do about it. Five minutes, and you'll use it the same day.
The free guide: The Conversation You Keep Putting Off. Three steps, eight conversations people tend to put off worked through, a prep sheet, a list of words to swap and a desk card to print.
How it works
Why it happens. Then what to do.
Each issue picks one thing people do, works out why, and gives you something to try with your boss, your partner, your kids or the coworker who always pushes back.
Do you want my take, or do you just need to vent?
Keep the point. Cut the harsh line.
Make your point, then drop it.

About
Hi, I'm Dylan.
I've always been curious about people. Why we do what we do, why good intentions go sideways, why some conversations click and others fall apart. That curiosity sent me reading everything I could, and then trying it out for real, at work and at home.
Handling People is where I share what I've learned. Not because I've got people figured out, but because a little more understanding goes a long way.
Stay curious. Listen more than you talk. Ask before you assume. Be kind, and be friendly. It works better than most of us expect.
That's what Resolvity is about: helping everyday people understand each other, and leaving the world a bit better than I found it.
